Emergency services have been scrambled to a three-vehicle smash on the M90 near Kinross.
The accident happened at 11.15am on Wednesday.
One car is understood to have hit the central reservation before being struck by a van. A third vehicle has ended up in a field.
Ambulance crews are at the scene, but no one is believed to be seriously hurt.
Traffic Scotland said the collision partially restricted the southbound carriageway for about an hour. The route was clear by 12pm.
