Part of Perth city centre was locked down by police after a woman was hit by a bus.
The accident happened on Kinnoull Street at about 12.30pm on Wednesday.
The woman, who has been treated at the scene by paramedics, has been described as breathing and conscious.
The road closure caused congestion in the area between Mill Street and High Street.
Police officers are redirecting traffic.
A force spokesman said: “Police Scotland are currently attending a road traffic collision in Kinnoull Street, Perth, which happened just before 12.30pm.
“A female pedestrian was involved in a collision with a bus. Ambulance personnel are at the scene and the pedestrian is receiving treatment.”
The street was re-opened just after 1pm.
A spokeswoman for Stagecoach East Scotland said: “A pedestrian was involved in an incident with one of our vehicles on Mill Street in Perth.
“An ambulance attended the scene and we understand the pedestrian was taken to Ninewells Hospital for a check up.”
She said: “We are currently assisting the police with their enquiries and have launched our own investigation into the incident as safety is our key priority.”
