Police have thanked the public for helping to find a runaway puppy after its owner was involved in a road accident.
More than 2,200 people shared a Tayside Police Division post appealing for sightings of the lost German Shepherd puppy, which went missing near Dalnaspidal on the A9.
A police spokesperson posted the dog had now been found.
“Police Scotland are happy to update that the German Shepherd puppy lost on the A9 near to Dalnaspidal Lodge has been found safe and well. We’d like to thank the public for their assistance.”
