Dragons, dancing lions, lanterns, fire crackers and enthralled spectators were all out in force to celebrate Chinese New Year in Perth city centre on Saturday.
The Perthshire Chinese Community parade headed from outside council HQ on 2 High Street as part of the Perth Riverside Light Nights festival.
Hundreds of spectators braved the cold to watch the colourful display, complete with martial costumes, torches and flaming staves.
It is the third of the Norie Miller Walk-based light festival’s five themes, with the event due to close on February 10.
