Police are appealing for witnesses after two Perth food vans were targeted by thieves in the past fortnight.
A mobile food van parked on the city’s Ruthvenfield Place was broken into between 1.30pm on Tuesday February 26 and 7am on Wednesday February 27.
Police confirmed a small amount of cash was stolen from the tips jar.
Shortly afterwards, a mobile catering van was also broken into at the B&Q car park on Perth’s Crieff Road at 4am last Saturday.
Anyone with any information which may be useful should contact Tayside Division on 101 or any police officer. Alternatively information can be passed anonymously via Crimestoppers.
