A police car crashed into pedestrian lights in Perth last night around 20 yards from the local station.
The single vehicle collision occurred on Barrack Street at around 10.30pm Wednesday night.
An eyewitness told The Courier that no-one was believed to have been hurt in the incident but it was not known if the vehicle was on the way to an emergency.
They said that the police car crashed into the traffic lights in the centre of the road on Barrack Street but that the road did not have to be closed.
Police Scotland have been contacted for information.
