Firefighters are battling a blaze at a Perth city centre property.
Emergency services were called to the incident at Market Street just before 7.40am on Saturday.
Three fire crews used breathing apparatus and hose reel jets to bring the blaze under control.
A fire service spokesman said two appliance were still on the scene at 9am, dampening down the building.
It is understood that no one was injured.
