Emergency services rushed to the banks of the River Tay in Perth this afternoon after reports of a woman in the water.
Four police cars, two fire engines and an ambulance all attended the scene at around 1pm this afternoon close to boat trip marina near Shore Street.
A Police Scotland said: “This was concern for a woman – who is now out of the water.”
This is the second incident of a woman being reported in the same stretch of water within the last four days.
On Saturday a woman was also rescued from the river in Perth city centre.
Firefighters, police and an ambulance were called to the scene at Tay Street just after 3.30pm on Saturday.
The woman was traced safe and well within minutes and was treated at the scene by paramedics.
