Thieves made off with a safe and valuable jewellery during a raid on a Kinross home.
The occupants of the house were asleep in the property during the break-in on Rannoch Place, Kinross, on Sunday between 2am and 8.30am.
A safe and its contents, jewellery and two laptops were taken in the raid with the value of everything taken estimated to be a “five figure sum”.
Cash from a variety of different countries, including Euros and African notes, were stolen.
The following items were also taken:
- HP Spectre/Dell DD20 laptops
- Grey iPhone 7
- Two Oppo N3 data gathering devices
- Yellow gold ring band with ruby and diamond
- White gold ring band with small pink sapphire
- Diamond white gold ring in a flower design
- White gold diamond tension ring
- Yellow gold ring with three blue sapphires
- Small silver ring with pink stone
- Pearl necklace consisting of multiple variations of sized pearls
- Pearl earrings on yellow gold pendants
A Tayside Police Division statement reads: “If you have been offered any of these items for sale, know of their whereabouts, or have any other information that could assist our investigation, please let us know by calling 101 or speaking with any police officer.
“Also, information can be given 100% anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. Our reference is CR/16201/19.”
