Sepa has issued flood alerts for Tayside and Fife.
The organisation forecasts heavy showers for Perthshire and the Kingdom on Friday afternoon and evening.
The warning states: “On Friday afternoon and evening, heavy showers are forecast that have the potential to cause minor surface water flooding, particularly in southern parts of the region.
“Urban areas and the transport network could see disruption; however, any impacts are expected to be localised and brief.”
It is the third day in a row that weather warnings have been in place for Courier Country.
On Wednesday and Thursday, flood alerts were in place for Tayside, Fife, Dundee and Angus with forecasters warning of downpours.
Locals were told to brace for thunderstorms after the Met Office issued two yellow warnings affecting Courier Country with heavy rain, thunder and lightning predicted to batter the area.
The showers turned out to be sporadic, with some areas missing them altogether. The flood alert for Dundee and Angus is no longer in force, with these areas expected to avoid the bulk of the rain.
