A teenager has been charged by police investigating a blaze at a Perth primary school.
Fire crews were scrambled to Oakbank Primary on Friday evening. The blaze caused extensive smoke damage to the side of the building.
Emergency services were called out again on Sunday night, to a fire at Viewlands Primary School, less than half a mile away.
Police confirmed on Monday morning that a 15-year-old had been charged in connection with the Oakbank incident.
He will be reported to the Youth Justice Assessor, a Police Scotland spokeswoman confirmed.
“Enquiries are ongoing in relation to Viewlands,” she said.
