Firefighters are battling a blaze at a block of flats in a Perthshire town.
Crews were scrambled to Dunkeld just after 3pm on Friday.
They used breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet to tackle the blaze on the second floor of a three-storey property, next to the Royal Dunkeld Hotel.
A fire service spokeswoman said that all people in the building were accounted for and the fire was extinguished within an hour.
Firefighters have stayed on the scene to check for any hidden hot pockets. An aerial appliance was used to check for damage to the roof.
Police Scotland has warned that the street is blocked, and causing traffic to queue on the A9.
A spokesman said: “Please avoid the area if you can, and be aware of queues in the area if you can’t.”
