Calls are being made to secure a derelict building near a Carse of Gowrie Primary School for the sake of children’s safety.
Councillor Alasdair Bailey and council officers have urged the owners to act upon the structure outside Inchture Primary, thought to have previously been a telephone relay, by removing loose material, fencing the structure off and putting up signs.
