The fire service was called to the scene of a kitchen fire in Bankfoot this afternoon.
They were called at 3.03pm and arrived at the scene within 15 minutes.
The fire broke out at a property on Cairneyhill Road, but was extinguished before the emergency service arrived at the scene.
However, the fire service reported having used two breathing apparatuses and one hose reel jet.
