An iconic Tayside kirk has illuminated the Perth skyline.
The Church of Scotland has spent the summer installing a series of LED floodlights at St Matthews.
The Gothic Tay Street building, which recently underwent an £875,000 renovation, was previously lit with large, halogen bulbs that proved too expensive to maintain. The new lights allow for the building to be illuminated in a variety of colours.
The floodlights, which were demonstrated as part of a social supper evening, complements similar changes made to lights on nearby Perth Bridge.
