Two people have been hospitalised after a one-vehicle crash on the A9 near Dunning.
One male and one female were taken to Ninewells hospital after the fire service used hydraulic cutting equipment to remove them from the vehicle.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said they were alerted by the Scottish Ambulance Service shortly before 4pm.
Two appliances, from Auchterarder and Perth, raced to the scene.
The extent of the man and woman’s injuries are as yet unknown.
