There have been no new confirmed coronavirus cases in Fife for two days in a row, according to the latest statistics.
A Scottish Government daily update on the spread of Covid-19 across the country revealed that the total number of positive cases in the kingdom since the beginning of the outbreak has remained at 824 since Saturday.
The figure for Tayside has risen by four from 1589 to 1593 from Sunday into Monday.
The number of patients fighting Covid-19 in Fife hospitals has dropped by one from 76 to 75 overnight. In Tayside this figure remains the same at 23.
Across Scotland there have been 57 new confirmed cases, taking the total since the beginning of the outbreak to 14,594.
A further two deaths have been registered, taking Scotland’s coronavirus death toll to 2105.
