Fire crews tackle a huge fire at Britannia Hotel Aberdeen, Bucksburn.
Firefighters are tackling a huge blaze at Britannia Hotel in Aberdeen.
The emergency crews were called out to the Britannia in Bucksburn at about 16:45.
A firefighter immersed in thick smoke during the blaze.
Nine appliances are at the scene, as well as a height vehicle.
Crews are using jets and breathing apparatus to tackle the flames, which have badly damaged the building. Police said they were not aware of any casualties.
The large fire could easily be seen from a distance.
