Police are investigating the death of a man found in an upmarket area of Edinburgh.
The body of the 56-year-old was discovered behind buildings on Fettes Row at about 10.15am on Tuesday.
Emergency services attended the scene but the man later died.
Officers are investigating but the death is not thought to be suspicious.
A police spokeswoman said: “The man was found injured behind buildings on Fettes Row today at around 10.15am. Emergency services attended, however the man later succumbed to his injuries.
“Enquiries are currently ongoing but the circumstances are not believed to be suspicious.
