Men’s bodies found in house

The deaths of two men at a house in South Ayrshire are being treated as unexplained.

Police were called to the property in Kirkland Street, Maybole, at about 8pm on Monday.

The bodies of two men aged 25 and 28 were found, with post-mortem examinations to be carried out.

A force spokesman said: “Around 8.05pm on Monday November 28, officers were called to a house in Kirkland Street, Maybole.

“Two men aged 25 and 28 were found dead within the house.

“Police enquiries are ongoing into the deaths and post-mortem examinations will be carried out in due course.

“The deaths are being treated as unexplained.”
