The stars of one of the most popular TV shows of all time have started arriving in the north-east ahead of the wedding of two actors.
American actor Peter Dinklage was filmed at Aberdeen International Airport on Friday morning as he arrived for the marriage of Kit Harington and Rose Leslie.
All three star in HBO’s Game of Thrones.
Harington and Leslie, who play Jon Snow and the wildling Ygritte in the show, are due to get married on Saturday at Wardhill Castle in Aberdeenshire.
Dinklage plays Tyrion Lannister in the TV show, and arrived in Aberdeen from Belfast along with Game of Thones producer DB Weiss just after 1pm.
Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen in the show and also featured in Star Wars spin-off movie Solo this year, also arrived in the Granite City on Friday.
More stars from the show, including Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams, are expected to arrive at the airport today.
The couple met during filming for the show and announced their engagement last September with a notice in The Times.
Leslie grew up in Aberdeenshire.
It was revealed the couple will be wedding in the north-east after a notice was posted at the registration office in Huntly last month.
