Cooper assaulted nurses and police at Forth Valley Royal Hospital.
A man is in a critical condition in hospital after an accident with a car.
The collision happened near the Scotmid store on Alloa Road, Tullibody, Clackmannanshire, at around 8pm on Thursday.
The pedestrian, a 56-year-old man, sustained serious injuries and was taken by ambulance to Forth Valley Royal Hospital.
The incident involved a white Seat Ibiza car.
Sergeant Ruth Aitchison said: “We are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time of the collision and has not yet spoken to us to come forward. In particular we are asking motorists to check their dash-cam footage.
“The collision happened near the Scotmid store, so there may have been a number of vehicles around at the time.”
