Police say there are “a number of confirmed fatalities” following an alleged “explosion” at Manchester Arena. People were seen “running out of” the venue, which was hosting an Ariana Grande concert this evening. Two “loud bangs” were reportedly heard nearby. Police have advised people to stay away from the area.
