A van has ploughed into crowds of people in Barcelona this afternoon.
The incident took place in the Las Ramblas area of the Spanish city.
Thirteen people are said to have died and at least 50 are injured.
The van driver is believed to have fled.
There were also reports of a shootout in a Barcelona bar.
Police are apparently treating the incident as a terror attack, and have arrested one man in connection with it.
Police have apparently advised the Metro and train services to close in the area.
