The SNP has won a remarkable battle for North East Fife by just two votes. There was a tense contest between the SNP’s Stephen Gethins and the Lib Dems’ Elizabeth Riches in the constituency. At one point, Ms Riches was said to be ahead by two votes. However following an unprecedented third recount Mr Gethins was finally reelected. For the full story follow this link.
