Montrose chairman Derek Sim has praised the club’s fans after a 30% increase in attendances during this campaign and urged them to take advantage of a new “early bird” season ticket offer.
The Links Park supremo is hoping as many supporters as possible snap up the reduced rate briefs, especially as the club is in the process of buying back the stadium from Bon Accord Estates.
Sim said: “I would like to thank all of those who have turned out to support us this season. Our attendances are up by over 30% and I hope we can encourage even more fans to come along next year.
“Season ticket sales are very important to us, providing a cash injection at a time when we are looking to strengthen our squad for next term.
“As a thank you to our loyal fan base we have kept our prices the same as this season and I really hope people take advantage of our generous early bird discount offer.
“With our recently announced agreement to buy back Links Park Stadium from Bon Accord Estates, we really need everyone pulling together and giving as much support to the club as they can, both on match days and with our other fundraising activities. Buying a season ticket would be a great way to start.”
Season tickets for 2016/17 will be available from this Friday, 22nd April and fans can save up to 15% with an early bird discount offer.
Club directors will welcome supporters in the Willie Johnston lounge at Links Park Stadium from 7pm to 8.30pm on Friday night and again on Saturday 23rd April from 10am to 11.30am.
Early Bird Ground Prices: Adult £175, OAP/Under-16 £90, Under-12 £20.
Early Bird Willie Johnston Lounge Prices: Adult £295, OAP £195, Under-16 £120, Under-12 £65.
Thereafter, early bird tickets will be available from the office at Links Park on 01674 673200 or office@montrosefc.co.uk or from The Home Dugout at 72 Murray Street, Montrose.
After Saturday 7th May normal prices will apply.
Standard Ground Prices: Adult £195, OAP/Under-16 £100, Under-12 £20.
Standard Willie Johnston Lounge Prices: Adult £325, OAP £215, Under-16 £135, Under-12 £75.
League admission prices, same as this season, will be £12 for an adult and £6 for an OAP/Under-16.
Family entry will also be available for one adult and one Under-16 for £15.00.
