Forfar manager Gary Bollan is still looking for improvement despite having a perfect league record and seeing off Aberdeen’s under-20 side in the Irn-Bru Cup in midweek.
They have the long trip to Berwick today, with Bollan saying:  “Overall it is good to have scored a number of goals but I am a bit disappointed with the number we have conceded.
“We need to keep being dangerous in attack but work on the defensive side of our game.”
He added: “I watched Berwick win at Arbroath towards the end of last season and John Coughlin had them well organised then.
“Having had longer to work with them he will have them very strong defensively and in attack. They are a quite a strong side physically as well so we are in for a tough afternoon.”
David Cox returns after a two game ban and Andy Munro, who took a knock against Aberdeen’s Colts, is expected to be available.
