Dundee United youngster Florent Hoti looks set to join Dunfermline Athletic on loan.
The 21-year-old is believed to be nearing a switch to John Hughes’ side, with the clubs in talks over the midfielder.
If the deal goes through, the highly-rated Kosovo Under-21 international would see out the rest of the season at East End Park, according to the Daily Record.
Hoti has been restricted for game time at Tannadice, featuring only five times in the Premiership this season.
The opportunity of first team football could benefit Hoti, while boosting the Pars in their Championship relegation battle.

United’s Mark Connolly was previously on loan at Dunfermline but has moved back to his homeland for the remainder of the season with Irish side Dundalk.
Paul Watson
Meanwhile, former United and Dunfermline defender Paul Watson is being eyed by a number of Championship clubs.
Hamilton, Ayr and Queen of the South are said to be keen on the 31-year-old.
Watson had been training with Dundee recently with a view to earning a deal with James McPake’s side but is now free to pursue other options.
