Darren Dods is calling for one last push from his Brechin City players before they get a well-earned break.
The Glebe Park men sit joint-top of League One after an impressive start to the season.
They’ll get a weekend off next week before a possible top of the table clash against Alloa when they return.
But Dods is fully focused on Stranraer today.
He said: “They got off to a slow start but they’ve picked up and their home record is very good.
“Craig Thomson from St Johnstone has been doing very well for them and they’ve got a dangerman in Willie Gibson as well on the other side.
“We’ve got a wee break after this one, and we’re getting near to the end of the first quarter.
“Apart from the odd spell in a couple of games the boys have done really well so far and hopefully we can go into that break on the back of another good performance.”
