Gary Naysmith struggling to second guess Queen’s Park boss

East Fife manager Gary Naysmith believes today’s opponents Queen’s Park are one of the hardest teams to prepare to play.
Naysmith explained: “Playing at Hampden is always a highlight even if over the past couple of seasons Gus’s side have held the upper hand although there has been very little between the sides.
“I know Queen’s well already but I watched them at Dunfermline last Saturday and they played a different system to ones I have seen them use before.
“They were difficult to break down in the first half and it took a different approach from Dunfermline in the second half to win the game.
“I learned a couple of things but to be honest Gus uses a lot of systems and that makes his side a difficult one to prepare for.”
Jonathan Page, Chris Kane and Kevin Smith have all returned from injury, with Naysmith also having Tony Wallace and Kyle Wilkie available after illness. Paul McManus, Mark Lamont and Chris Duggan are all out though
He said: “We look set to be going in with 15 players and that includes the two goalkeepers so we are a bit short but we are in a better place than we were a week ago.”
