East Fife want to show their improvement against Raith Rovers

East Fife manager Darren Young is determined that his side give League One leaders Raith Rovers a game at Stark’s Park after a disappointing display back in August against Barry Smith’s side.
The Kirkcaldy men cantered to a 5-0 success on a day that Young hopes will prove to have been a turning point.
He said: “That was a disappointing afternoon as we did not compete at all but I am confident that we learned from that game. Our performances have improved ever since and we have looked a side who can score in every game.
“The biggest issue we have had to deal with since then is the poor defending that costs us at Alloa but again we have learned from that.
“We have climbed up into third place in the table so we can go to Raith with confidence as a result. We had a good win over Arbroath last weekend and will look to build on that platform although I know that we are the underdogs.”
Kyle Wilkie, Scott Linton, Craig Watson and Chris Kane will be absent with Young holding off finalising his side until fitness tests are carried out on Kieran Millar and Mark Docherty.
