Dundee boss Paul Hartley has revealed that Cammy Kerr’s season is over after the player broke his hand against Partick Thistle last week.
The 20-year-old will of, course miss Monday’s derby with United, with his manager admitting that once again, his squad will be down to the bare bones as it was at Firhill with Hartley only having 15 fit players at his disposal.
He said: “We don’t have a big squad to choose from.
“It is pretty much the same as last week apart from Julen (Etxabeguren) who will come back after suspension.
“But Cammy Kerr is now out as he has fractured his hand and he will be in plaster for the next four to six weeks.
“It was just an awkward challenge during the Partick game and he had to go to the hospital on Sunday.
“Hopefully Craig Wighton should be OK. He has not trained all week but should come back in on Saturday.
“We have been training with only 12 players this week but we just have to get on with it.
“Nicky Low gets his ankle op today and he will be out until the middle of July.
“But we will just have to pick a team that’s the best to win the game.”
