Dundee manager Paul Hartley has quashed suggestions that a move for full-back Ziggy Gordon is back on the cards. Sources have suggested that the former Hamilton man is keen on reviving a transfer to Dens Park, but the Dark Blues boss has denied the claims. Talks broke down between Dundee and the player back in May. It is understood negotiations between Gordon and clubs south of the border have also come to nothing. Now, Hartley has insisted that as far as he is concerned the deal is still dead. Speaking from Dundee’s Austrian pre-season training base he told Courier Sport: “It’s been off for weeks. “Nothing has changed.” Gordon is currently without a club having left Hamilton at the end of last season.
