Dundee have to ‘win and see what happens’, says Paul Hartley

Dundee boss Paul Hartley has admitted his team were punished for not turning dominance into goals at Peterhead.
The Premiership side lost 2-1 and left their shooting boots in Tayside.
The Dark Blues manager, who insisted his team will give it their all against Forfar on Saturday in the hope that a win will be good enough to see them into the last 16 as one of the best four runners-up, said: “We did OK in the first half but couldn’t put the ball in the net.
“They scored with their first chance then we couldn’t break them down after that.
“We knew it was always going to be difficult coming here and we had to move the ball around quickly.
“We started the second half well but then dived in to give them a free kick that they scored from.
“We had enough possession and chances throughout the game but we just couldn’t put the ball in the net.
“Qualification is out of our hands now but we just have to go out and win the game and see what happens”
