ICT 3 Dundee 1: Highland hoodoo continues for Dark Blues

Dundee are just one point above bottom place in the Premiership after yet another defeat in Inverness.

The Dark Blues have a dreadful record at the Caledonian Stadium and have never won there.

Today never looked like being the day when that changed, with the hosts running out comfortable 3-1 winners.

The result means Dundee haven’t won since the first league match of the season.

Lonsana Doumbouya netted his first Inverness goal early on and Greg Tansey’s penalty doubled their lead.

Liam Polworth’s effort effectively settled the match after the break.

Nicky Low reduced Dundee’s deficit with a fine free-kick but it was too little too late.

Life isn’t about to get any easier for Paul Hartley’s side as next up are league leaders Celtic.
