Dundee await news on injured players as they prepare for Pittodrie trip

Dundee are awaiting injury updates on a quartet of key players.

Striker Sofien Moussa is expected to get an operation on the knee he injured in the defeat to Ross County; Darren O’Dea damaged his knee during Saturday’s loss at Hamilton and has had a scan; Randy Wolters hobbled off against Accies with a hamstring problem; and Roarie Deacon missed the game altogether because of a strain picked up in the Betfred Cup derby win over Dundee United.

That all leaves manager Neil McCann with serious selection concerns ahead of Saturday’s already-daunting trip to face Aberdeen at Pittodrie.
