Craig Wighton has been named in the Scotland under-21 squad for this summer’s Toulon tournament.
The call-up by Scott Gemmill comes after Wighton has returned to the Dundee first team following knee surgery.
His first start in the dark blue of his club was against St Johnstone recently.
Saints centre-back Jason Kerr has also made the squad after nailing down a first team place at McDiarmid Park, and the pair will be joined by on-loan Dundee United full-back Anthony Ralston.
The young Scots made history at last year’s competition by recording the nation’s first ever win at any age level against Brazil.
The 12-team tournament runs from May 26 to June 9.
