Craig Curran has made the switch from Dundee United to Dundee.
The striker will link up again with his old Ross County boss Jim McIntyre after agreeing a contract through to 2021.
Curran struggled for regular starts at Tannadice and only scored three goals in his short time with the Tangerines.
But he was a key part of the County side that rose off the bottom of the Premiership a few years ago, and McIntyre will be hoping he has a similar impact at Dens Park after the January break.
The Dark Blues manager said: “I’m absolutely delighted that Craig has signed tonight. He is a player I know very well from our time together previously.”
“Craig is the right type, he has the right mentality and he is exactly what we need moving forward.”
