Dundee have confirmed that defender Andrew Davies and striker Craig Curran have left the club by mutual consent.
The centre-half was signed by former Dark Blues manager Jim McIntyre in January after leaving Hartlepool United but suffered a broken foot in a bounce game with St Johnstone just two days later.
The 34-year-old tried to battle back from the injury but fractured his metatarsal again in March.
The Englishman now leaves Dens having never made an appearance for the club.
Curran, who had wanted to return to England for family reasons, was on the bench for Friday night’s derby against former side Dundee United.
