Dundee United manager Robbie Neilson has signed a new deal that will keep him at Tannadice until the summer of 2022.
Young frontman Louis Appere, assistant coaches Gordon Forrest and Lee McCulloch also agreed fresh contracts with the club. They also extend to the end of the 2021-22 season.
United sporting director Tony Asghar made the announcement at a media conference at the stadium this afternoon.
Asghar said: “We are delighted to announce that head coach Robbie Neilson and our two assistant head coaches, Lee McCulloch and Gordon Forrest, have signed extensions to their deals here at Dundee United until 2022.
“This continues our long-term strategy of getting a sustainable club that is going to create success, not just in this division but also in the Premiership – hopefully we can make it there (at the end of) this season.
“I am delighted that Robbie has bought into how the club has been bought over by the Ogrens and the board, and the vision and strategy we have going forward.”
