Dundee United goal hero Nicky Clark is on course to face former club Queen of the South on Saturday. The Tangerines’ frontman, who gave the home side an early lead in the 1-1 derby draw against Dundee on Friday night, has injured his calf. Clark was replaced by substitute Adrian Sporle after 77 minutes at Tannadice after the muscle tightened up. However, United boss Robbie Neilson doesn’t believe it will keep him out of the next match at Palmerston. Neilson said:  “Nicky is OK  and it (the calf) is just a bit tight.” The Tannadice boss also thought Sporle did well as his replacement. Neilson said: “I actually thought Adrian came on and gave us a little bit of composure. “He was one who didn’t get caught up in the derby atmosphere.”
