The former Kilmarnock man was expected to join yesterday but a late hitch over personal terms saw the Tangerines withdraw their offer of a contract. As the Tele revealed earlier today, the 26-year-old’s move was resurrected after he agreed to sign for what was originally agreed. He arrived at Tannadice this afternoon and quickly put pen to paper. “I am delighted to get Tope. He’s a strong, powerful and quick player,” said boss Ray McKinnon. “He scored ten goals in the Premiership last year and he will bring lots to our team. We will need big physical players and he fits the bill.” This article originally appeared on the Evening Telegraph website. For more information, read about our new combined website.
