Craig Sibbald trained for the first time as a Dundee United player on Tuesday.
Sibbald, 27, penned a two-year contract with the Tangerines on Monday night and was immediately pitched into action in the sweltering Spanish sun.
Jack Newman — who joined Peterhead on loan on Saturday — was also involved after jetting out to Andalusia in the aftermath of the Blue Toon’s 2-0 defeat against Aberdeen.
The mercury hit 28 degrees Celsius during United’s morning session, with some short, sharp box drills followed by full-pitch shape work.
