Dundee United will give Paul Quinn game time against Blackpool in a closed-doors game today as they consider whether or not to offer the defender a deal.
The former Ross County captain has been training with the Tangerines since pre-season started last week and played well as a trialist in the 3-0 win over Montrose at Links Park on Tuesday.
Now Quinn (31) is in line to feature against the English League One side and hopefully impress manager Ray McKinnon again.
It is believed the Tangerines are keen to keep him but any contract offer could hinge on getting players out the door.
Trialist goalkeeper Deniz Mehmet is another player expected to face the Seasiders.
