Dundee United defender Bilel Mohsni’s case against his former club is being heard by Fifa.
Mohsni has reported Tunisian side Etoile du Sahel to world football’s governing body after claiming they failed to pay him any wages during his time with them.
The hearing is being held at Fifa’s headquarters in Switzerland by their ethics committee and if Mohsni wins he could be due a £1 million payout.
Etoile du Sahel are defending the action and have sent a delegation to Fifa to put their side of the story.
Meanwhile, Mohsni is expected to miss United’s Premiership play-off semi-final second leg against Livingston at the Tony Macaroni Arena tomorrow night.
He suffered a groin injury in the closing stages of Monday’s 3-2 first leg defeat at Tannadice and is likely to be watching the return game from the sidelines along with suspended skipper Willo Flood.
