Young St Johnstone midfielder Ali McCann has signed a new three-and-a-half-year deal with the Perth club.
The 20-year-old, who has shone in a side struggling at the bottom of the Premiership, is a Northern Ireland under-21 international.
He has made 18 appearances for the first team this season.
McCann, who came through the club’s youth academy, spent the second half of last season on loan at Stranraer.
He made his debut in January 2018 as a substitute in the 4-0 victory over Albion Rovers in the Scottish Cup.
