Dundee United Scottish Cup hero Craig Conway is set to go on trial with St Johnstone.
Courier Sport understands that the experienced winger will feature for the Perth side in their first pre-season friendly against Hibs on Wednesday and then the following midweek versus Aberdeen.
It is 10 years since Conway was the man of the match in United’s cup triumph against Ross County and nine years since he moved to Cardiff City.
The former Scotland international spent several seasons with Blackburn Rovers and has most recently been playing his football with big-spending Salford City.
