St Johnstone are on the verge of sealing a deal to sign Israeli striker Guy Melamed.
The 27-year-old has agreed terms with the Perth club on a one-year deal and has arrived in Scotland.
His previous club, Maccabi Netanya, have confirmed his departure. Melamed became a free agent as a result of financial problems for the Israeli Premier League side.
Meanwhile, defender Wallace Duffy has been released by Saints and is set to join Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
