St Johnstone could be without as many as five players for the visit of league leaders Celtic tomorrow.
Chris Millar is the latest casualty after the muscular problems of recent seasons resurfaced in training.
Manager Tommy Wright reported: “Chris Millar pulled up in training on Tuesday. It’s similar – groin, hip area again.
“We’re still waiting on scan results for Brian Easton but we know he’s definitely out for Saturday anyway.
“Murray Davidson hasn’t trained and is looking like being out. The two who have an outside chance are Stefan Scougall and Michael O’Halloran. We’ll have to wait until tomorrow to see if they’re able to do some work on the grass. Stefan has the better chance of the two.
“I’ll definitely be without three and potentially five.”
