St Johnstone striker Tony Watt named Premiership player of month

St Johnstone striker Tony Watt’s terrific start to the season has earned him the Ladbrokes Premiership Player of the Month award for August.

The 24-year-old former Celtic hitman has scored four times in league and cup for Saints since joining yhem in the summer.

Watt was presented with his trophy at McDiarmid Park this morning.
